Moawad Receives a Delegation of the Kidnapped Ajaj’s Family and is Working on a Resolution

The Resigned member of the Lebanese Parliament and President of the Independence Movement, Michel Moawad, received a delegation of the family of Mostapha Mohammed Ajaj – the Lebanese citizen from the village of Miryata, who had been kidnapped in Nigeria. The delegation included the head of the Miryata Municipality, Mohamad Diab, the engineer Ziad Diab and the kidnapped man’s two brothers.

During the meeting, all the ordeals the family went through from the moment of the kidnapping, and the latest developments were discussed. And Moawad signaled that he would follow up on the case of Mostapha Mohammad Ajaj and his two Lebanese companions with the relevant Lebanese officials. He also committed to doing everything possible through influential figures among the Lebanese diaspora in Nigeria to facilitate the release of all kidnapped Lebanese and ensure that they return to their families in Lebanon safely.
