Independence Movement leader Michel Moawad said Monday the revival of the Cabinet’s work should not come at the expense of justice in reference to the government’s failure to refer former Minister Michel Samaha’s case to the judicial council.

“All ministers committed to upholding national sovereignty should insist on referring Samaha’s case to the Judicial Council to protect justice,” he said.
